DRAHTSEILAKT – Varieté trifft Retro-Zirkus

The Krystallpalast Varieté Leipzig is the only theater of its kind in East Germany (with the exception of Berlin). With its constantly changing cast of artists from all continents, it is by far the most international stage in the city - in the last 18 months alone, artists from 40 countries have performed here. Friendly cosmopolitanism is a basic component of the vaudeville atmosphere and can be experienced by the audience at every single performance.
In total, the Varieté reaches more than 60,000 spectators at the main venue with around 300 performances and guest appearances every year. Every year at Christmas time, the Spiegelpalast on Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz attracts 23,000 guests for the dinner show GANS GANZ ANDERS and around 17,000 more guests for the annual children's musical.
