By removing the excess, what remains? A circle of metal or wood. A body. An empty space. Identity becomes essence. Light spreads, silence settles, and it is in this purified atmosphere that a dialogue arises between the inanimate and the animate.
"Through the research conducted over three years, the circus simply appeared to me as a relationship between a human body and material. Every apparatus is made of material and offers the body a unique way to move, to be. Conversely, the same reality persists: each body offers the material a unique way to exist.
Thus, I develop my artistic path centered on the body and the circle, thinking of my work as an offering to the Wheel, a more sensitive part.
