Beyond

Beyond spectacularly mixes circus and dance . This energetic and poetic performance is full of pace, seeks out boundaries and pushes them.
Choreographer Piet Van Dycke works with six top artists. Each has their own specialty: ladder walking, acro dancing, acrobiking, partner acrobatics and (pole) dancing . On stage they become real bridge builders. Literally and figuratively.
Using ladders of all shapes and sizes, they build impressive constructions : arch sculptures, rotating cranes, wobbly towers,... The stage transforms into an exciting playing field full of movement and risk.
Beyond  shows how exciting collaboration can be. How strength and vulnerability meet. How we can transcend boundaries by holding on to each other. How far can you go, if you trust each other?
