The movement and acrobatic performance *Where The Strength Goes?* opens up a poetic space between youth and old age, inspired by the life story of a witness from Jihlava whose body and memory bear the traces of an entire century. The encounter between an elderly man and young people awakens memories of strength, movement, and the overcoming of obstacles—values ​​that bridge generations. The production explores movement as a universal language and raises questions about the transformations of the body, beauty, and physical performance across the ages. Through physical imagery inspired by both the past and the present, it demonstrates that old age is not the opposite of youth but its continuation, and that the body preserves the memory of time, experience, and transmitted energy.

AcroYoga for Intermediate Practitioners (10:00 – 16:30)

AcroYoga for Intermediate Practitioners. In this workshop for intermediate-level practitioners, you will train AcroYoga flows, "washing machines," combinations of L-basing and standing acro, as well as elements like pops and whips. We will share what we focus on most in our own practice: interesting transitions, creative sequences, meaningful progressions toward more advanced skills, and the most photogenic poses. 

Circus Workshop for Seniors (15:00 – 16:30)

This workshop focuses on the sensation of the body suspended in the air and explores how to understand your body when it is no longer in direct contact with the ground.

Artist and acrobat Stéphanie N’Duhirahe offers a gentle approach to aerial suspension using fabric and rope, designed for people over 60. We will work on various movements involving the rope and fabric while listening to our bodies and remaining open to the surprise of discovering new movement capabilities. And we will be "just a little bit off the ground."
The workshop is intended for seniors (aged 60+) who enjoy movement and are curious to discover something new.
The workshop is conducted in Czech.
