Petralaions is a performance that begins with a path of suspended images, retracing a society, to guide us toward a paper fiction.
The reconstruction of a landscape through contortion, the reorganization of a body, which is always human.
The attempt to find new perspectives.

The performance is narrated from paper forms, contortioned movement, sounds, the voice and the participation of the audience.  And it is born from the processes of exploration between different artisanal crafts and their confrontation to the capitalism development and the question of ecology, particularly the immersion residency at Fila Arches, a semi artisanal luxury paper factory, handled by a small group of female workers that produces in an international level.

When reality meets fiction, the place of the spectacular becomes something else.

News landscapes,
News metabolisms, human have caedo.

It’s time to compose new sounds hearing the deep hoarse breath of soil.
